蛋黃豆腐瘦肉粥 Egg york and tofu with minced pork congee

材料:

半碗 至 一碗粥 (因應BB歲數或喜好而烹調不同稀稠度的粥)
豆腐 約三湯匙
瘦肉 約一湯匙
雞蛋 一隻

做法:

1) 當白粥滾致七成左右時,先將瘦肉洗淨抹乾剁碎, 注入少許熱水將肉碎散開,然後放入白粥拌勻。
2) 雞蛋只取出蛋黃拂勻並放入白粥拌勻。
3) 豆腐洗淨後放入碗中壓碎,然後放入白粥拌勻並煮滾多數分鐘即可。

MEMO: 當BB未能懂得咀嚼時,餵食時應挑起較大粒的瘦肉以免發生哽噎。


Ingredients:
half - 1 bowls congee   (Different textures of congee depends on Baby's age and favorite)
3 heaped tbsp. tofu
1 heaped tbsp. pork (minced)
1 egg

Method:
1) Cook congee for 45mins until soft. Bring congee to a boil.
2) Wash a piece of pork and pat it dry and chop. Add a small amount of hot water to the minced pork and stir well, then add in the congee and stir.
3) Take out the egg yolk and whisk well, then add in the congee and mix well.
4) Wash and mash the tofu, then add in the congee and mix well. Cook for another few minutes and serve.

MEMO: Remove the bigger pieces of pork to avoid choke, when parent serve baby who is not good at chewing ability.
