菜心蛋黃米糊 Rice cereal with choy sum and egg yolk

材料:

嬰兒米粉                               約六平湯匙
嬰兒配方奶或母乳或熟水   160ml
菜心嫩葉                               4-5片
雞蛋                                       半隻


做法:


1) 浸泡菜心葉約30分鐘,洗淨。把菜心放入鍋中用沸水焯熟,撈起瀝乾。把菜心葉切碎後用過濾網磨成菜蓉待用。
2) 把雞蛋放入鍋中注入清水,煮約10分鐘至熟透。然後剝去蛋殼,取出半隻蛋黃。
3) 把蛋黃壓碎後用過濾網磨成蛋黃蓉待用。
4) 最後 ,把嬰兒米粉加入嬰兒配方奶或熟水調成米糊,再加入菜心蓉和蛋黃蓉便可食用。


MEMO: 餵食前,勿忘記測試食物溫度。

6 level tbsps.              Infant rice cereal  
160ml                         Breastmilk or formula milk or boiled water
4-5 pieces                   Choy sum leaves 
half                             Egg yolk


Method:
1) Soak the choy sum in water for 30mins, then wash. Blanch in water. Drain and chop finely and grind through a strainer to make a smooth vegetable puree.
2) Place an egg in a pot, add water and boil for 10mins until done. Remove the egg shell and take out half of the egg yolk.
3) Mash the egg yolk and grind through a strainer to make a smooth egg puree.
4) Finally, mix milk or boiled water with baby rice cereal. Add vegetable and egg yolk puree, and mix well to serve.


MEMO: Remember to test the food temperature before serve.
