三文魚菜心瘦肉粥 Salmon, choy sum with minced pork congee

材料:

半碗 至 一碗粥 (因應BB歲數或喜好而烹調不同稀稠度的粥)
瘦肉           約一湯匙
三文魚       約兩湯匙
菜心嫩葉   4-5片


做法:

1) 浸泡菜心葉約30分鐘, 洗淨瀝乾。 
2) 當白粥滾致七成左右時,先將瘦肉洗淨抹乾剁碎, 注入少許熱水將肉碎散開,然後放入白粥拌勻。
2) 將三文魚洗淨抹乾,隔水蒸兩分鐘。然後用叉和手仔細地把魚肉去骨和剁碎或撕成碎斷。
3) 最後 ,把菜心葉剁碎並連同三文魚放入白粥拌勻並煮滾多數分鐘即可。

MEMO: 當BB未能懂得咀嚼時,餵食時應挑起較大粒的瘦肉以免發生哽噎。
                        

Ingredients:
half - 1 bowls congee   (Different textures of congee depends on Baby's age and favorite)
1 heaped tbsp. pork (minced)
2 heaped tbsp. Salmon
4-5 pieces        Choy sum leaves 


Method:
1) Soak the choy sum in water for 30mins, then wash and drain.
2) Cook congee for 45mins until soft. Bring congee to a boil. Wash a piece of pork and pat it dry and chop. Add a small amount of hot water to the minced pork and stir well, then add in the congee and stir.
3) Wash salmon and pat it dry, steam it for 2 minutes. Remove the fish bone with a fork and hand carefully and chop or break the fish into pieces.
4) Finally, chop choy sum leaves finely and add together with Salmon in the congee. Mix well. Cook for another few minutes and serve.

MEMO: Remove the bigger pieces of pork to avoid choke, when parent serve baby who is not good at chewing ability.
