材料:
嬰兒米粉 約六平湯匙
嬰兒配方奶或母乳或熟水 160ml
蕃薯 約兩平湯匙
做法:
1) 洗淨蕃薯,連皮隔水蒸約20分鐘直至軟身。把蕃薯去皮,切碎後用過濾網磨成蕃薯蓉待用。
2) 把嬰兒米粉加入嬰兒配方奶或熟水調成米糊,再加入蕃薯蓉便可食用。
MEMO: 餵食前,勿忘記測試食物溫度。

160ml Breastmilk or formula milk or boiled water
2 level tbsps Sweet potato
Method:
1) Wash the sweet potato. Steam with their skin for around 20 minutes until tender. Remove potato skin, then mash through a strainer to make a smooth sweet potato puree.
2) Mix milk or boiled water with baby rice cereal. Add sweet potato puree and mix well to serve.
MEMO: Remember to test the food temperature before serve.
