魚肉蕃薯瘦肉雙米粥 Red and white congee with fish, sweet potato and pork

材料:

*半碗 至 一碗粥 (因應BB歲數或喜好而烹調不同稀稠度的粥)
 (加入 約半湯匙紅米)
瘦肉           約一湯匙
魚肉           約兩湯匙
蕃薯           約兩湯匙 


做法:
 
1) 當雙米粥滾致七成左右時,先將瘦肉洗淨抹乾剁碎, 注入少許熱水將肉碎散開,然後放入白粥拌勻。
2) 蕃薯去皮洗淨,抹乾剁碎, 然後放入白粥拌勻。
3) 魚肉洗淨抹乾,隔水蒸兩分鐘。然後用叉和手仔細地把魚肉去骨和剁碎或撕成碎斷,然後放入雙米粥拌勻並煮滾多數分鐘即可。
MEMO:  如供兩歲前BB食用,紅米宜浸透數小時並保留浸米用的水作煮食,便不會浪費紅米的營養。

Ingredients:
*Half - 1 bowls congee   (Different textures of congee depends on Baby's age and favorite) 

  (Add half heaped tbsp. red rice)
1 heaped tbsp.   Pork
2 heaped tbsp.   Fish
2 heaped tbsp.   Sweet potato

Method:
1)
Cook congee for 45mins until soft. Bring congee to a boil. Wash a piece of pork and pat it dry and chop. Add a small amount of hot water to the minced pork and stir well, then add in the congee and stir.
2) Remove the sweet potato skin and wash, pat it dry and chop, then add in the congee and stir.
3) Wash fish and pat it dry, steam it for 2 minutes. Remove the fish bone with a fork and hand carefully and chop or break the fish into pieces, then add in the congee. Cook for another few minutes and serve.


MEMO: For babies between 12-24 months of age, soak the red rice for few hours and the soaked rice water is also for cook.
