冬瓜蛋黃米糊 Rice cereal with winter melon and egg yolk

材料:




嬰兒配方奶或母乳或熟水   160ml
嬰兒米粉                               約六平湯匙
冬瓜                                       約兩平湯匙
雞蛋                                       半隻


做法:


1) 冬瓜去皮去籽,洗淨。放進沸水中煮熟,瀝乾。把冬瓜切碎後用過濾網磨成冬瓜蓉待用。
2) 把雞蛋放入鍋中注入清水,煮約10分鐘至熟透。然後剝去蛋殼,取出半隻蛋黃。
3) 把蛋黃壓碎後用過濾網磨成蛋黃蓉待用。
4) 最後 ,把嬰兒米粉加入嬰兒配方奶或熟水調成米糊,再加入冬瓜蓉和蛋黃蓉便可食用。


MEMO: 餵食前,勿忘記測試食物溫度。

6 level tbsps.              Infant rice cereal
2 level tbsps               Winter melon
Half                            Egg yolk


Method:
1) Remove the winter melon skin and seeds, then wash. Boil the winter melon in water until soft. Drain. Chop the winter melon and mash through a strainer to make a smooth winter melon puree.
2) Place an egg in a pot, add water and boil for 10mins until done. Remove the egg shell and take out half of the egg yolk.
3) Mash the egg yolk and grind through a strainer to make a smooth egg puree.
4) Finally, mix milk or boiled water with baby rice cereal. Add melon and egg yolk puree, and mix well to serve.


MEMO: Remember to test the food temperature before serve.
