半碗 至 一碗粥 (因應BB歲數或喜好而烹調不同稀稠度的粥)
豆腐 約兩湯匙
魚肉 約兩湯匙
蕃薯 約兩湯匙
做法:
1) 當白粥滾致七成左右時,將蕃薯去皮洗淨,抹乾剁碎, 然後放入白粥拌勻。
2) 魚肉洗淨抹乾,隔水蒸兩分鐘。然後用叉和手仔細地把魚肉去骨和剁碎或撕成碎斷。
3) 豆腐洗淨後放入碗中壓碎,然後放入白粥拌勻並煮滾多數分鐘即可。
Ingredients:
half - 1 bowls congee (Different textures of congee depends on Baby's age and favorite)
2 heaped tbsp. Tofu
2 heaped tbsp. Fish
2 heaped tbsp. Sweet potato
Method:
1) Cook congee for 45mins until soft. Bring congee to a boil. Remove the sweet potato skin and wash, pat it dry and chop, then add in the congee and stir.
3) Wash fish and pat it dry, steam it for 2 minutes. Remove the fish bone with a fork and hand carefully and chop or break the fish into pieces.
4) Wash and mash tofu in a bowl, then add in the congee. Cook for another few minutes and serve.
