材料:
半碗 至 一碗粥 (因應BB歲數或喜好而烹調不同稀稠度的粥)
瘦肉 約一湯匙
冬瓜 約三湯匙
做法:
1) 當白粥滾致七成左右時,先將瘦肉洗淨抹乾剁碎, 注入少許熱水將肉碎散開,然後放入白粥拌勻。
2) 冬瓜去皮,去籽,洗淨抹乾。然後剁碎加入白粥拌勻煮熟即可。
MEMO: 冬瓜瘦肉粒粥最適宜生病中的BB。餵食時應挑起較大粒的瘦肉以免發生哽噎。
Ingredients:
half - 1 bowls congee (Different textures of congee depends on Baby's age and favorite)
1 heaped tbsp. Pork (minced)
3 heaped tbsp. Winter melon
Method:
1) Cook congee for 45mins until soft. Bring congee to a boil.
2) Wash a piece of pork and pat it dry and chop. Add a small amount of hot water to the minced pork and stir well, then add in the congee and stir.
3) Remove the winter melon skin and seeds, then wash and pat it dry. Chop the winter melon very small and cook in the congee until soft. Serve.
MEMO: Winter melon and pork congee is suitable for baby when sick. Remove the bigger pieces of pork to avoid choke.
