材料:
米粉 約1/2束
瘦肉 約1湯匙
南瓜 約2 - 3湯匙
水 1碗半
做法:
1) 先將瘦肉洗淨抹乾剁碎備用。
2) 把米粉放入滾水中,煮3分鐘,撈起備用。
2) 煮滾1碗半水,加入南瓜以中火煮3-5分鐘,把南瓜煮軟成南瓜湯。
3) 加入肉碎和米粉,最後把肉碎煮至熟透即可。
MEMO: 當BB未能懂得咀嚼時,餵食時應挑起較大粒的瘦肉以免發生哽噎。
餵食時,宜將米粉剪斷約1-2厘米。
Ingredients:
1/2 bunch plain Chinese noodles
1 heaped tbsp. pork (minced)
2-3 heaped tbsp. pumpkin
1.5 bowls water
Method:
1) Wash a piece of pork and pat it dry, chop and set aside.
2) Cook noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3) Boil 1.5 bowls of water in a pot, add pumpkin. Simmer for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until the pumpkin is softened and becomes pumpkin soup.
4) Add minced pork and noodles to the soup. Cook until the pork is done.
MEMO: Remove the bigger pieces of pork to avoid choke, when parent serve baby who is not good at chewing ability.
Cut noodles into 1-2cm long strips when serving.
